Overall - pretty place with motivated staff from the maids. Fantastic room with double beds and great and awesome location. Location so close to Mexican restaurants and remarkably clean beaches. The a la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The staff was excellent in every way.

We were really disappointed with the food quality. Many members of our group experienced food poisoning, very concerning. The check-in process was tedious and not well organized, leading to frustration right from the start.

Great for families looking for fun

The staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful, especially the kids club director. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on our balcony while the kids played in the pools, just a short walk from our room.

It wasn't inexpensive but still within reason.

Not every room has functional A/C!!! Plus, the refrigerator situation is hit or miss-my medication needs refrigeration, stressful!!! The overall condition of the grounds feels a bit tired, and restaurant reservations are frustrating!!!

would stay here again

The beach was gorgeous, with clear waters perfect for snorkeling right in front of the resort. The staff were super friendly, always helping us. We had a Double Room with a hammock on the balcony, and it was clean. Multiple pools, lots of shaded areas for the kids, and the food was surprisingly good.

Unexpected challenges but fun overall

The beach was a paradise, and I loved walking on the sand every evening. The staff were friendly and always there for us. We enjoyed the entertainment and activities!

Sadly, our room had a malfunctioning AC. Despite several requests, it took a while to resolve the issue, leaving us warmer than we'd hoped.
